The North American squad NRG is the first team to be confirmed for the ~$115,000 event in Finland.

The Arctic Invitational will feature four teams and, taking place in the 13,000-seat Hartwall Arena in Helsinki on September 14th. Three of the attending teams will be invited, with the last one securing a spot via a Finnish Qualifier.

NRG, who have just replaced Jacob "⁠FugLy⁠" Medina with Tarik "⁠tarik⁠" Celik after a disappointing run at the IEM Katowice Major, are the first team to accept an invite to the tournament, with other "internationally successful" teams set to join the list.
